Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the GhandaGang. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive targets and KPIs, and lead the team in their absence to achieve goals.

The role offers a set roster with seasonal uplift, a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, and an unlimited clothing discount for you and your immediate family, along with team training nights and career progression opportunities across store levels.

Qualifications

• The candidate should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide a team in the Store Manager's absence.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda's brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Manager to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Lead the team in the Store Manager's absence to set and achieve goals.
• Oversee daily operations including customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management.
