Job summary

Seed Heritage invites applications for an Assistant Store Manager at our Casuarina concept store in Darwin. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience, demonstrate a sophisticated knowledge of product, and help build a high-performing team culture.

You will mentor and train the team, drive engagement, manage rosters and back-of-house administration, and lead the store toward achieving sales targets and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Ability to mentor and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Strong eye for detail in styling and visual merchandising.
• Demonstrated accuracy in stock management and loss prevention.

Responsibilities
