Beacon Lighting Brookvale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our NSW team in a full-time capacity. You will work with the Store Manager to lead the team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences, with the added benefit of every second weekend off.

Beacon Lighting is not your average retailer; you’ll help lead and define our culture while supporting your team through ongoing training, product previews and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
