• As an Assistant Store Manager, support the Store Manager to drive sales and lead a 10+ person team.
• Foster a safe, engaging work environment and coach performance conversations.
• Lead training, floor sales, and merchandise execution to achieve targets.
• Maintain stock control, health and safety, and store security.
