Beacon Lighting in Angle Vale, SA is opening a brand-new store in November 2026 and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager. This full-time role focuses on leading the team, growing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with weekends off every second week, supporting a strong customer-first culture.

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop staff.

Responsibilities

Inspire and develop the team through coaching and hands-on leadership.
Drive sales across in-store, trade and design channels.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build loyalty.
Strengthen trade relationships and expand engagement with loyalty programs.
Share expertise to help customers make lighting and design decisions.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to make the store shine.
Lead safety and wellbeing culture and ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Partner with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and store goals.
