Beacon Lighting is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Prospect store in NSW. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to lead the team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You'll inspire your team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure store goals are met, while supporting training and development through the Bright Start induction program and ongoing product previews. The position includes every second weekend off.
