Responsibilities

• Help to develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
• Keep your store looking top-notch, upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
• Work alongside your team on registers, restock shelves and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement ideas.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly when the Store Manager is away.
