HOKA Australia in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Essendon store. The role is full-time (38 hours) on a Sunday–Thursday roster, leading a high-energy retail team to achieve targets with a focus on customer service and brand standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coaching staff, and supporting recruitment, training and store performance in a dynamic retail environment. Be part of a brand that values movement, innovation, and employee development.

Formación

• Proven experience leading in fast-paced retail environments.
• Hands-on leader with a Make It Happen mindset.
• Strong coaching and development of teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations, delivering strong sales results and brand standards.
• Lead the shop floor, modelling exceptional customer service and brand behaviours.
• Assist in driving sales, KPIs and team performance through coaching and feedback.
• Support rostering and wage management in line with business targets and compliance.
• Help recruit, onboard and train new team members.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and succession.
• Champion a positive, inclusive store culture that drives engagement.
• Support local community activations and in-store events.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and company policies at all times.
