Job summary

Seed Heritage is expanding its retail network and seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the Spencer Street Concept store in Melbourne. You will assist in leading a passionate team, driving engagement, and delivering an elevated customer experience through a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and relationship building.

As a candidate, you will have leadership experience in fast-paced fashion retail, a drive to exceed KPIs, and a passion for styling and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Strong sales, KPI management and stock control skills.
• Ability to mentor a team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture and deliver a memorable service with every interaction.
• Support Store Manager with training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Build an effective and profitable store with leadership in operations and merchandising.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Assist with rosters and back-of-house administration.
• Permanent/full-time role with Sunday to Thursday roster.
