DECJUBA Chatswood is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help elevate our brand-new Chatswood store and drive a high-energy DREAMTEAM. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Store Manager to set standards, deliver exceptional service, and showcase visible fashion leadership from day one.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, have experience with mid-to-large retail, and want to grow through hands-on, in-store and virtual training while upholding DECJUBA's values

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
• You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business.

Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Store Manager in building the DREAMTEAM, setting up store standards, and delivering AMAZING service from day one.
• You lead and motivate your DREAMTEAM to live out the values of DECJUBA in every shift: Honesty, Bravery, Integrity, Innovation, and Optimism.
• You work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious!).
