Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team on the shop floor and drive KPI performance.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, managing daily store operations, customer service, presentation, housekeeping, security and stock control.

Ideal candidates will show leadership, align with Ghanda values, and have reliable transport; retail or hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager to set and achieve goals.
• Oversee daily operations: customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management.
• Work with Store Manager to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.

A day in the life

As our ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
• In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
• Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
