Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the Ghanda Gang in our Brisbane stores. You will work with the Store Manager to drive targets, uphold store standards and deliver exceptional customer service while leading a passionate team.

You'll enjoy a set roster, a guaranteed minimum hours, and opportunities to progress into Cluster, Regional or State management roles as the Ghanda journey from the shop floor continues.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Reliable transport.
• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Manager to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, lead the team to set and achieve goals.
• Overseeing daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management.

A day in the life

As our ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
• In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
• Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
