A day in your life as a BWS Assistant Store Manager

• Empower, inspire, and develop your team to meet goals and excel, using business programs and your initiative.
• Promote a customer-focused, safety-first environment with continuous improvement.
• Manage daily tasks including inventory, housekeeping, and team leadership, focusing on sales growth and budget targets.
• Utilize your interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer and team experiences.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities, business objectives, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines.
• Enhance store presentation and activities to engage the community and customers.
