HOUSE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Bundaberg Hinkler to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves leading on the floor, managing a fortnightly roster, assisting with stock, visual merchandising and day-to-day operations, and stepping in when the Store Manager is absent.

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Bundaberg Hinkler House store. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
