Your day to day responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire a team of amazing individuals empowering them to shine like the stars they are.
• Maestro behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring our store is always on point, welcoming, and bursting with positive energy.
• Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, let them leave with a lasting smile.
• Assist with onboarding new team members by providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to surprise & delight our customers.
