bp Stawell, VIC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to shape an immersive customer experience in our bp-owned store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive growth, sales performance and operational excellence, leveraging product knowledge and promotions to create a compelling shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Track record of achieving sales and performance goals.
• Merchandising and inventory awareness is desirable.
