Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Visual merchandising experience is advantageous.

  • Assist in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

We are looking for ASSITANT STORE MANAGERto join our team at BAYSIDE, VIC.

As an Assistant Store Manager at Neverland, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead the team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Uphold and assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

• Lead by example in delivering the Neverland customer experience, and assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team.

• Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management.

• Support in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard.

• Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.

• Step up to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance.

About You:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to grow into a future leadership role.

• Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.

• Visual merchandising experience is advantageous, with an eye for presentation and detail.
