About the role

We're looking for passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Harbour Town Adelaide Store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for inventory management, product sell-through, visual merchandising, sales and budget management and most importantly providing amazing customer service.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and assistance

Maintaining a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment

Efficiently handling sales transactions and cash handling duties

Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management

Promoting and selling our premium athletic apparel and accessories

Supporting the store manager in daily operations and administrative tasks

What we're looking for

Retail store management / 2IC experience is essential

Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Effective roster management

A flair for apparel, merchandising and a passion for exceptional customer service

A strong interest in developing beneficial community relationships with local complimentary businesses and brand ambassadors

Someone who takes pride in how your team, store and brand is presented

A natural and compelling leader who can forge, maintain and develop strong working relationships
