Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Queensland to lead daily store operations and coach a large, dynamic team across Grocery, Online and Nightfill. You will model our values, support the Store Manager, and help deliver a consistently great shopping experience for customers.

You'll develop leadership skills, use data to understand customer needs, and ensure teams have meaningful hours while upholding safety and quality standards.
