Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an Assistant Department Manager in Adelaide to help run a department day-to-day while engaging with the wider store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will be supported by the Store Leadership Pathway, learning core leadership skills and department operations, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Flexible 4-day work week options offer work-life balance while sustaining store needs.
