Job summary

Frontline Retail WA in Jandakot is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the team from the front, driving daily showroom operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will role-model hands-on leadership, overseeing merchandising, stock, and promotions while building strong customer relationships.

The role offers a 5-day roster (Tuesday to Saturday), a base salary of $65,000 plus super, generous staff discounts on furniture, ongoing training,

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities and a commercially minded approach.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the showroom by supporting the Store Manager and leading the team from the front.
