Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead our Brisbane DFO team. You’ll drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across premium eyewear brands.

With a track record in retail leadership, you’ll manage KPI delivery, staff development, and store operations. We offer a generous uncapped bonus, product allowance, staff discounts, and ongoing training in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.

We’re looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Assistant Store Manager to lead our Brisbane DFO team.

About you

Previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment

Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs

Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Confidence to provide and improvement feedback to your team.

Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
