Job summary

Munro Footwear Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Mathers Brookside in Brisbane. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, coach your team and create a standout store experience.

You'll be hands-on, people-focused and commercially sharp, leading by example to hit targets while maintaining store standards, stock flow and presentation. This role offers structured rosters and a team-first culture.

• Experience in retail or customer service roles (prior store experience preferred).
