Williams Eastgardens is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering a standout store experience. This part-time role (34 hours) focuses on hands-on leadership, customer engagement, and strong store operations.

You will lead by example, coach staff to hit KPIs, maintain presentation standards, and foster a positive, energetic team culture in a busy fashion footwear environment.
