PVH Brands Australia is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Tommy Hilfiger team at JINDALEE DFO, QLD 4074.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI targets: sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average sale value, shrinkage, and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication and people management skills with ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail with stock management and visual merchandising experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic and positive attitude with strong presentation.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry


• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops


• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team


• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising


• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities


• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude


• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
