Assistant Site Manager (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Norwich

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + car / package

Location: Norwich
Region: Norfolk

A leading Regional Main Contractor have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on projects in Norwich.

The company have been around for many years and have achieved continuous growth and success, combining traditional values with an innovative and forward thinking approach.

As a business, they provide design, sustainable, partnered construction and project management services for private and public sector clients on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, up to £50m in value.

They carry out new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, industrial, defence, heritage and housing.

Due to continuous growth, they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to a Senior Site Manager, the Assistant Site Manager will be working on a range of projects across multiple sectors in the Norwich area. This is a great opportunity to progress and develop with an outstanding company.

Criteria:
  • Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Good construction knowledge and experience
  • Career driven and ambitious
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
  • Able to commute and work in Norwich
