Ghanem Group in Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in planning, coordinating staff and resources for a seamless operation.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a busy restaurant or bar, with strong leadership and customer-service skills. You will work closely with chefs and bar teams, manage VIP guests, and contribute to in-venue promotions, while upholding high standards across venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a busy restaurant or bar environment.
• Proven leadership skills capable of inspiring and managing a team.
• Experience with POS systems and rostering software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for service periods with appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee table allocations, stock levels, and mise en place readiness.
