Job summary

Nando’s Australia & New Zealand is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to oversee daily operations in Sydney. You’ll inspire a diverse team, coach staff, and ensure every shift delivers the signature Nando’s experience with pace, warmth and efficiency.

This role offers a base salary with a discretionary bonus up to 6,000 AUD annually, free meals on shift, weekend rosters with no overnight shifts, onboarding and ongoing development opportunities, wellness support, and a salaried referral

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.

You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and obtain/hold certifications like liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by local legislation.
