Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead the team during peak service, and train crew members. You will contribute to guest satisfaction and drive performance across shift teams.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
