Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Queensland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and to guide the team through busy service periods.

You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience and help manage inventory and finances. The role values leadership, KPI focus, strong communication and a positive attitude to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Track record of achieving KPIs and driving team performance.
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to lead and develop a young team.
• Positive, can-do attitude with high emotional intelligence and passion for food and hospitality.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends.
