Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proven experience leading or supporting teams in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily restaurant operations.
• Champion a guest-first culture and consistently high service standards.
• Lead, coach, inspire, energise and develop team members and Shift Leaders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Prepare and manage rosters in line with budgets and compliance.
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory controls.
• Support payroll processes and administrative tasks.
• Help drive sales, manage costs and deliver KPIs.
• Build a positive, inclusive workplace and strong team engagement.
