Responsibilities

• Leading the restaurant team in daily operations.
• Assist in managing hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving issues.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to high standards.
• Assist with stock ordering from suppliers.
• Handle office duties including paperwork, banking, cash handling and payroll.
• Oversee daily/weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room and restaurant.
• Uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards and train staff accordingly.
