Job summary

Nando’s is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations in Townsville. You will guide a diverse team to deliver the iconic Nando’s experience, ensuring fast, friendly service and a vibrant dining atmosphere.

You’ll coach staff, manage shifts, and maintain high energy across your restaurant, with opportunities for growth into senior leadership and support roles. Raid-like rosters, no overnights, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction are core parts of the role.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff:

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant. You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and obtain/hold certifications like liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by local legislation.
