Nando’s Geelong is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader to coach a diverse team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and run a smooth daily operation from open to close. You’ll set the vibe, manage shift performance, and nurture talent through onboarding, training, and regular feedback.

Previous hospitality leadership and a passion for people are essential. This role offers a base salary with a yearly bonus, meals on duty, rosters with weekends off, and real growth into senior restaurant

• Right to work in Australia and 18+ to manage/supervise.
• Hospitality/restaurant leadership experience preferred.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.

You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and obtain/hold certifications like liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by local legislation.
