Grill’d Townsville is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a team in a fast-casual setting. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to motivate and guide staff, stay hands-on across grill and floor, and deliver high-quality guest experiences.

The role offers an 8‑week onboarding, monthly sales bonuses, inspiring leadership events, flexible working arrangements, and a culture that blends fun with purpose.
