Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead a busy team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences during peak hours.

The role includes crew training, inventory support, and collaboration with management to drive service excellence. A robust 2-3 month training program and clear development pathway to restaurant management are provided.

Competenze

Experience leading a team in a busy, high-volume hospitality or retail environment.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and coaching skills.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

What we're looking for:

Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality or retail environment - think supermarkets, fast-food, pubs/clubs, restaurants or similar
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team
