Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead the team during busy service periods, ensure exceptional customer service, and assist with financial management.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager , you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
