Qualifications

• Must demonstrate experience in developing student-centred learning cultures and faith communities.
• Ability to initiate and lead change to improve learning, especially in Religious Education.
• Ability to work strategically within the school and broader ecclesial context.
• Develop collaborative partnerships to support student and staff faith journeys and wellbeing, especially evangelisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Religious Education programs across the school.
• Promote Evangelisation initiatives and build a thriving Catholic community.
• Collaborate strategically with school and external partners to support learning and wellbeing.
• Lead and allocate time/remuneration for the role within the diocesan framework.
