Our Client

Is looking for a hardworking Assistant Property Manager to join their team. They are a vibrant and fun team based in the South Side of Brisbane and provide a laid back environment with career progression on offer.

The Role
  • Assist the Property Manager with out of office duties
  • Properties all within close proximity to the office
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Complete entries, exits & routines
  • Assist with administrative duties & conduct open homes
  • Properties all located within 5-10km of the office!
  • Cloud-based software used

The Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience in Property Management or Real Estate Administration roles
  • Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Driver's license
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER!
