What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections.
  • Manage rental applications, complete reference checks, and take deposits.
  • Assist with advertising, property marketing, and tenant communication.
  • Conduct ingoing inspections and support the Senior Property Manager with daily portfolio tasks.
  • Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly with accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in real estate or leasing (entry-level candidates considered).
  • Current Certificate of Registration (COR).
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and professional approach to all aspects of the role.
  • A genuine passion for the real estate industry and a drive to learn and grow.
