What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Senior Property Managers with a range of in and out-of-office duties, including:

  • Processing applications & leasing support
  • Open homes & private inspections
  • Routine inspections & assisting with exits
  • Tenant communication & customer service
  • General administrative tasks

Note: Senior PMs handle entries & most exits, so your workload remains manageable and well-supported.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 12 months of experience in a Property Management or Assistant PM role
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with high attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
