Job summary

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of scope, schedule, cost and risk management.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of engineering consulting and capital projects, working alongside experienced project professionals to deliver outcomes safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

In this role, you'll contribute to project planning, coordination and delivery while building strong client relationships and supporting multidisciplinary teams. You'll play an important role in helping projects achieve their objectives in relation to scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.

Here's what you'll need

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Relevant project management training or certifications will be highly regarded.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting the delivery of engineering, infrastructure, construction or consulting projects.
  • Knowledge of project management principles including scope, schedule, cost and risk management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements within project environments.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Salary: AUD $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
