These services provide before and after school care, and school holiday programs. Our services focus on children. About The Role

Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, provide a high level of assistance in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the Out of School Hours Care Program in line with the National Quality Framework.

  • Provide a high level of assistance to the Program Coordinator, and when needed lead the of Out of School Hours Care service delivery.
  • Act as a Responsible Person as required.
  • Promote knowledge of and guide the contemporary best practice in working with children.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of meaningful learning and experiences for children within the program.
  • Anticipates and is responsive to changes in client needs, manages client expectations and provides a courteous and professional service to clients.
  • Compliance with Mandatory Reporting, Reportable Conduct, and reporting requirements under the National Quality Framework
  • Other duties as directed.
About You
  • Maintain current “Working With Vulnerable People” registration.
  • Completed the equivalent of a least one-year full time study in a diploma or degree course, or other approved qualification as defined by ACECQA
  • One year of experience working with children over preschool age
  • Good understanding of the National Quality Framework
