Job summary

White Fox Boutique in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an Assistant Product Developer to support the Product Development team across design, sampling and production processes.

You will assist with measurement specs, tech packs, garment standards, and keep samples organized while managing supplier relationships and daily sample workflows. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing fashion brand with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development to stay ahead of trends and maintain relevance.

• Maintain the sample racks in a clean, organised manner.
• Manage samples daily and liaise with suppliers professionally.
• Perform random quality control checks on bulk orders.
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to improve products.

Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Product Developer to join our team!

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support the Product Development team in all aspects of design, sampling & production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a part of the Product Development team to ensure the business is keeping ahead of trends and staying relevant
• Assist the team with measurement specs & tech packs for production
• Ensure garment tech standards are maintained and a high degree of attention to detail
• Maintaining the sample racks in a clean, organised & professional manner
• Manage samples on a daily basis and ensure all comments and supplier relationships are handled professionally and efficiently
• Random quality control checks of bulk orders delivered to the warehouse
• Improve the products being developed by conducting market research & trend forecasting
