• Allocate budgets and resources within the area of responsibility.
• Supervise delivery of teaching programs and monitor implementation.
• Drive staff professional learning and performance feedback.
• Contribute to policy formulation and decision making within the school.
• Lead specialist teaching and provide flexible classroom support as required.
