Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Department Manager to support department operations and deliver a consistently excellent shopping experience. You will work across the store with leadership to learn key skills and contribute to a positive, safe environment for customers and team members.

In this gateway leadership role you’ll engage customers, model Everyday ACTs, and participate in the Store Leadership Pathway to develop capabilities for future growth within Woolworths Group.
