THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations - leading your team on shift, driving service standards, managing compliance and gaming obligations, and creating a great experience for every guest who walks through the door.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
• Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
• A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience
• Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
