A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and “local” guest experience.
• Champion team coaching and mentoring, guest and team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.
• Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.
• Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are!

Qualifications

About you:

• You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
• You hold current industry RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and to come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
