The position offers a base salary of AUD 80,000 plus super, a bonus scheme, and group-wide discounts. RSA/RSG/RP badges are required, with physical duties such as lifting and stock movement.

Qualifications

• Current RSA, RSG and RP Badge as per state requirements.
• Hands-on supervisory experience in bar, bistro or gaming room settings.
• Strong people skills and confidence to be the face of the pub.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew.
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Lead a team of hospo legends and learn the ropes of being a Publican.
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches.
• Bring energy, service, and smiles on every shift.
