Job Description

Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Front Office Department:

What will you be doing
  • Managing the day to day operations of the front desk you will be responsible for tasks such as check ins/outs, loyalty sign ups, reporting, and assisting with guest needs.
  • You will supervise and manage the front office team while on shift, and will be responsible for effective onboarding and training.
  • Ensuring we create unforgettable guest service is delivered to each of our guests with a focus on driving loyalty.
  • Most importantly you will effectively manage any emergency situations that arise within the Hotel, ensuring you follow Hotel procedures and processes.
Qualifications

You will get to work alongside a supportive and dedicated Front Office Manager, who thrives on mentoring and developing their team.

What we are looking for
  • Possess a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera Cloud.
  • Experience in supervising, training and motivating team members.
  • Ability to act independently on all matters relating to team and guest safety and wellbeing in the absence of senior management.
  • You will have a high level of communications skills and adept at dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • You will ideally have previous experience in an Assistant Manager role, or at least as a Front Office Supervisor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holiday periods.
